Order and delivery

To check the status of your order, you need to click on the shipping confirmation email you received. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number link. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email (don't forget to check your spam or junk folders), then your order is pending shipment. You can also check the status by logging into your customer account.

Having an issue with your cart or your order? Try changing devices (tablet or phone), and try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer service by email or phone.

Once your order is validated, it immediately goes into processing at our facilities, and it is therefore no longer possible to cancel your order.

Please contact customer service by email or phone to explain the problem, so that a customer service representative can assist you.

It's possible that a preparation error may occur, or an item may be out of stock due to simultaneous orders from multiple people. In this situation, you will be automatically refunded.

We invite you to inform us by contacting customer service by email with your order number, and photos of the defective item in question. The customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide information about the refund or exchange of the item.

We offer 24-hour shipping (via Chronopost, otherwise 48 hours) from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. Orders placed before noon are shipped the same day. To facilitate shipments, three transport services are offered: Colissimo, Chronopost, and UPS. In metropolitan France, delivery to UPS pick-up points is free.

Return and refund

You can make a return for exchange or refund within 14 days by proceeding as follows:

Send the unworn products with original tags to this address: TJMAX LOUVRES, ZAC de la Butte aux Bergers 9 avenue du Noyer à la Malice Bâtiment A1 95380 LOUVRES. Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed with the desired exchange or refund. For more information, please contact customer service by email or phone.

Returns for orders shipped by Colissimo and Chronopost are at the customer's expense. Returns for orders shipped to UPS pick-up points are free.

We will refund the original price paid for the returned item. The total amount of returns will be credited according to the buyer's original payment method. The buyer's original bank card will be credited when the returned items are processed, and the credit will appear on the customer's next bank statement. Original shipping charges are not refundable, except for seller cancellations. Once the refund process is finalized, you will receive an email notification.

When we receive your return, it takes us 24 to 48 hours to process it, during busy periods the processing time may be longer. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to see the transfer on your bank account. There may be exceptions depending on the banks (up to 10 days), in this case you can contact them regarding the delay.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer in-store returns.

We invite you to return the item(s) following the return procedure. Please indicate on the invoice the item(s) to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange, as well as the color and size of the new requested item. Then please include the completed invoice inside the package containing the returned item. The availability of the requested replacement item cannot be guaranteed. Your replacement order will be sent to you using the same delivery method (except Chronopost) as your initial order. The shipping costs related to the replacement order will be covered by Project X Paris. Once the exchange process is finalized, you will receive an email notification.

Payment and promotions

Our website www.projectxparis.fr is secured via an SSL certificate.

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro. We also accept payments via PayPal. No orders can be placed by phone.

In case of a declined payment, we invite you to try again, and if it still doesn't work, we advise you to directly contact your bank to verify that you have sufficient funds.

To use a promo code, simply go to your cart and enter the code in the "Discount Code" box provided for this purpose. You can only use one promo code at a time. Promo codes cannot be combined. If you have a problem with your promo code, you can contact customer service by email or phone.

We do indeed offer gift cards to give or receive, for this please visit our page dedicated to gift cards.

Unfortunately, we do not accept gift vouchers.

Product information

You can use the search bar on the site to look for a product by its name or reference. The item in question may be out of stock. Don't hesitate to contact customer service by email or phone.

Most of our products are true to size. Generally, for the Men's collection, size L corresponds to a 180cm, 75 kg body type. If the product fits differently, it's indicated in the product description. When it's stated:

"Oversized fit" means the product runs large.

Many products can be worn fitted or loose. If you prefer loose, it's advised to take one size up.

It's US sizing for jeans and FR sizing for the rest of the collection.
