You can subscribe to PXP™ SMS via our website, our stores, our contests, or our loyalty program.

By providing your mobile phone number or agreeing to receive our SMS, you accept our privacy policy and expressly consent to receive promotional and transactional messages.

At any time, you can unsubscribe by replying "STOP SMS" to the number indicated in the SMS you received. This number is not premium rate.

PXP™ will send you SMS to the provided number for the following topics:

- Promotional SMS: you will receive marketing messages, advertisements, as well as information on promotional offers (promo codes, product launches, private sales, sales, discounts, and special in-store offers) and as part of our loyalty program.

- Transactional SMS: you will receive notifications regarding your order, its shipment, the delivery of your package, and other updates related to your order.

PXP™'s SMS service (the "Service") is managed by TJMAX ("TJMAX", "we" or "our").

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement with these terms (the "Mobile Terms" and "Privacy Policy"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of these changes constitutes your acceptance of them.

By consenting to the messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from PXP™ via your mobile carrier to the number you provided, even if your number is on a state or federal do-not-call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other technologies. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of purchase from TJMAX. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with text messages imposed by your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your carrier for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including carrier fees.

You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the keyword STOP to TJMAX or click the unsubscribe link (when available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive an unsubscribe confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless requested. If you've subscribed to other TJMAX mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except as required by applicable law, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change the short code or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The mobile carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

Data relating to non-customer prospects: 3 years from the last active contact with our brand.
